TOOLS REQUIRED: 3/16” Allen wrench

7/16” or 11mm wrench

1. Loosely attach the two mounting plates onto the windshield, using the bottom and third bolt up. The small tab goes at the bottom, big tab at the top. (see Figure 1)

Note: Tabs on the mounting plates should point from each other when installed correctly.

2. Loosen the four mounting bolts for the sport windshield, then remove the windshield and set it aside.

3. Install the Fats/Slims windshield by slipping the plates into the grooves between the spacers, and tighten down all the bolts. (see Figure 2)

Warning: Never ride with any part of the hardware missing or loose.

CARE AND CLEANING

To clean your windshield, wash it with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive, dishwashing liquid. Use a soft cloth such as a

T-shirt or flannel cloth.

To protect your windshield, use NOVUS #2 to remove minor scratches, or use polish specially designed for plastic. NEVER use glass cleansing agents, they may cause severe damage to your windshield.

Never use any petroleum-based chemicals, or cleaning agents with ammonia.

This includes Rain-X, brake fluid, acetone and gasoline.
